Deadpool Redeemed

So here I am. A Jesus freak. And a huge advocate of the love story in the movie Deadpool. Yes, seriously. I think this is what "one flesh" passion looks like.

I love my husband so incredibly much, and I am crazy about our alone time together! I believe that "in love" sex is the glimpse God gave us to the Eden bliss we lost.

I will shout from the rooftops, as I grab my husband and kiss him in the middle of church or Walmart or anywhere, that husbands and wives who claim Jesus can be gropey, doe-eyed, teenager-y lovers.

Not only can be, but should be the superheroes in this labyrinth of wild romance!

Be that wife who takes her husband's breath away, who he can't stop thinking about day and night! Be the wife who is so wrapped up in the dang cuteness of her husband that she can't wait til they close the bedroom door for the night!

Find that blessed blend of couple craziness; the kind that celebrates life-giving vibrancy, creative playfulness, and all out glory!

I recently stopped smoking. One day, outside, puffing my tobacco pipe, I cried to God, "Please help me stop smoking! I really want to stop!" He, on that day gave me Stretching. I have not smoked since. Those feel good endorphins needed to be triggered and stretching was a way to ignite relaxation and joy in a healthy way.

I am creating a little spot here to explore things that peacefully excite our lives. In my early childhood classes, I learned how the Senses teach us about life. And not just the 5 physical senses, but also a sense of accomplishment, a sense of worth, and so on.

Season here carries a double meaning. I love the changes in Earth seasons and the holidays that punctuate the months. And I love to add Seasoning to life, love, and food.

I love Jesus! Each month there will be a Christmas corner, because God coming as a Baby to live with us has been my favorite way to understand and explain Him and the friendship He wants with us.

I love my husband! He has helped me understand the deep magic of creation and our Creator. The hard times we went through before we joined up makes our marriage one of gratitude to God and complete adoration of each other! We are full of Spice as we relate to each other and share the Refreshments of life with a hungry world.

I love my children! I have animals as children; I have a baby sister, who is like a daughter to me; and I have my husband's 4 kiddos. I still long to have a human child of our own one day. Children, of all species, are a sweet comfort and joy to me! I encourage every woman to have a child of some sort, whether it be human, animal, or plant. I believe our wombs wire us to mother. I claim often, "He has set me in my home as a joyful mother of children! Hallelujah!" paraphrased from Psalm 113:9 ~ Bonnie
